Sago Consulting, LLC was founded by Steve Campbell to provide human resource services and solutions to small and mid-sized companies.
Steve holds a Master’s degree in HR and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has extensive consulting experience with small and large organizations, as well as with international corporations.
With 20 years of progressive human resources experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments, Steve is knowledgeable in all phases of recruiting, employee relations and engagement, compliance, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, as well as diversity and inclusion. He is also skillful in the areas of planning, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving.
